Roundhay is the park and the houses around it. Street Lane is the row of shops. Princes Avenue, Oakwood and the roads beside the lakes are where the larger houses sit. Many have drives. Some older plots have a long path, steps, or a drive that a van should not block for the whole morning because it is also the neighbour’s access.
The park itself is not part of the move. The council lists car parks off Wetherby Road, Park Avenue, Princes Avenue and Mansion Lane. Those are visitor car parks. Sunny weekends fill them, and the approach roads slow down. A van for a house on the park edge should still stop at the property. If the drive is short, we may need the kerb as well. Tell us about gates, gravel and anything that must not be driven on.
From Woodhouse the trip is about four miles, through Chapel Allerton or across the north of the city. It is a local job, not a long-distance one, unless the other address is outside Leeds. Insurance is provided.
