Rothwell is a town south of Leeds, still inside the city boundary. Commercial Street is the centre, with the library on Marsh Street nearby. Terraces and shops sit close to the road. Estates around the town, and the roads towards Oulton and Robin Hood, have drives and cul-de-sacs.
Commercial Street is a short-stay place. A removal van belongs on the residential street, or in a bay that allows loading, not across the shops for an hour. If the house is in a close, tell us whether the drive is long enough and whether the turning head is the only spare tarmac. Woodlesford station is the rail option to the east. It is a landmark, not a loading dock. There is no station in the middle of Rothwell.
From Woodhouse the drive is about seven miles, through the centre and south, or via the motorway. Elland Road can add time on a match day if we use that side of the M621. Insurance is provided. Middleton tip is the household site if you are clearing first.

Commercial Street will not take a van for a full unload. Marsh Street has the hub and a car park for that building. A close towards Oulton is a different job, usually with a drive. Woodlesford station is the rail landmark to the east, not a place we book for loading. LS26 is still Leeds. Springhead Park is not a loading area.
