Burley in Leeds is the terrace district between Woodhouse and Kirkstall. This is not Burley in Wharfedale. The postcode is LS4. Kirkstall Road runs along the bottom. Cardigan Road and Burley Road climb through stone terraces, student houses and small flats. Burley Park station sits in the middle of those streets.
Parking is the constraint. Cars line both sides, and a match at Headingley pushes more of them downhill. A removal van needs a gap outside the door or a short carry from a wider bit of road. Many houses have a hallway barely wider than a washing machine and a stair that turns hard at the bottom. Tell us if the property is a shared house and only one room is moving. Tell us if there is a backyard and the only way out is through the house.
We are about a mile away in Woodhouse, so the drive is short. The time is in the carry. Insurance is provided. Do not assume we can leave the van on Kirkstall Road while we work up a side street.
