Garforth is a town on the eastern edge of Leeds, with a station, a Main Street and estates that have grown towards the A63. The older streets near the centre have stone houses, shops and short-stay bays. The newer closes have drives, but the turning heads are still easy to block with a large van.
Main Street is where people try to stop and should not, unless a bay actually allows loading. If the house is just off it, we use the side street. If it is on an estate, we need to know whether the drive will take the van or only a car. A long carry across a green is fine if you tell us. School traffic on Lidgett Lane and commuter traffic at the station both bunch up on weekday mornings.
From Woodhouse it is about eight miles, past Cross Gates. That is still a Leeds council address. Insurance is provided. If you are moving out towards the A1 or York, say so, because the miles past Garforth change the job.

Main Street is for a short legal stop at most. Estate drives off the A63 are the easier jobs if the drive is empty. Lidgett Lane has the library and school traffic. The station adds cars on weekdays.
