Holbeck is the district under the railway viaducts, between the station and Beeston. You will find converted mills, new flat blocks and older terraces on the same map. A mill flat with a goods lift and a booked bay is a different morning from a terrace with a door on the pavement.
The viaducts matter. Some turns are low, some streets are one way, and a satnav will happily send a high van under a bridge it will not fit. Tell us the entrance the building wants deliveries to use. If the concierge books the lift, send the slot. If there is no lift, say how many floors and whether the stairs turn. Holbeck Moor is the open ground to the south. It is not a place to unload.
Elland Road match days push traffic along this side of the M621. A Friday evening move into a new block can also meet commuters around the station. From Woodhouse it is about two and a half miles, across or around the centre. Insurance is provided.
