Make access easy
Clear halls, reserve a lift if the building demands it, and sort parking with Leeds City Council if the signs say you need a suspension. Waiting because keys are late is time you pay for. Photos of tight stairs help us send the right crew the first time, which avoids a second visit.
Pack, or book packing properly
Boxes you have finished before we arrive keep the move shorter. If you want us to pack the kitchen, add packing to the quote. Half-packed cupboards on the morning help nobody.
